Vijayaraghavan or Vijupa as he is affectionately called is a gentleman to the core,very humble,a lawyer by profession,very knowledgeable in legal matters,very friendly,much attached to his family especially his wife for more than 70 years,had the fortune to be a neighbour for 2 decades.
