To Peter and family. Deeply saddened to hear of Pat’s passing. A lovely woman. Please accept our sincere condolences. The knowledge that we all inevitably come to an end does little to prepare us for the pain from the loss of a loved one – time will alleviate it. Our thoughts are with you.

First tribute is from me as a brother of Pat. In the early years, Pat was someone that I did not really know due to our age gap, Pat was someone out there in the great world pursuing a great career in the Royal Air Force. We really did not meet up until we met at RAF Conningsby when she visited the UK with Peter. We met again quite a few times when Pat and Peter visited the UK, most notably when we arranged a whole family get together at a holiday cottage in North Wales, Pat was so thrilled to see the extended family most of whom she had never met, seeing her beaming and rather bemused was a joy to behold. As a family, we met Pat and Peter, they were always overjoyed to see Lynne, myself, Thomas and Samuel always making a fuss of the boys. I phoned every Xmas to see how Pat and Peter were, Pat was so interested in our lives and what was going on, always a cheery voice despite sometimes not being in the best of health. We appreciate the support that Peter has given her throughout her life and now hope that Pat Rests in Peace. xxx
