Ida Moreen Bale

BALE, IDA MOREEN, Died in Wellington at the triumphant age of 101 on 28 November 2023.

Loved daughter of Ellen (dec) and Cecil Fagan (dec). Adored sister of Bernard (dec), Evelyn (dec), Bill (dec), Helen, and Dennis (dec) and much loved aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Cherished wife of William ‘Bill’ Bale (dec). Beloved mother of David (dec) and mother-in-law of Marilyn (dec). Treasured grandmother and friend of Ann, Fiona, Matthew, Kerry, and Antonia. Loved great-grandmother of Salvatore and Luisa.

A requiem service to celebrate Ida’s long life will be held at Saint Mary of the Angels, Boulcott Street in Wellington at 10am on Monday 4 December with a live video link.  Heartfelt thanks to Ida’s community, especially the staff, at Arvida Village at The Park in Berhampore.
