Dear Rebecca and Amanda,
Our sincere condolences on the death of your parents, Lynnette and David. We have such fond memories of them as our near neighbours. You always had an amazing vegetable garden, and the lawns were always neatly mowed, thanks to your father, and your mother was an excellent cook. We especially remember Christmas Days, at our, or your, or Stewart’s houses, with drinks and nibbles for the adults, and all the children having such fun. And your mother keeping an eye on the turkey in the oven! They will be sorely missed.
And one or two near-misses as we both backed out our driveways!

We will always treasure the memories of the happy times and great fishing trips we all had at Whanarua Bay. Dave and Lynnette were much respected friends and will be sadly missed. Our deepest sympathy to all the family.
