JAMED, Samera, passed away peacefully at Te Hopai Rest Home on 23 January 2024. Dearly loved wife of John (dec.), sister of Georgette, Marie, John and George (all deceased) and survived by Souad (Sydney). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Sandra, Michael & Michele, Anthony & Kit, and Peter. Beloved Grandmother of Sophia & Aaron, Rachel & Kyle, and Thomas, Luke & Victoria. Dearly loved Great-Grandmother of Roman and Lyon. Loving Aunt and Great-Aunt to many. Thanks to Te Hopai staff for their care. A rosary will be held in St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Mt Victoria on Sunday 28 January at 7pm, followed by a service to celebrate Samera’s life on Monday 29 January at 11am.
