Marion Iris Kiddle

Passed peacefully at Wellington Regional Hospital.

In line with Marion’s wishes, a private cremation has been held.

I was so sad to hear this news. I only met Marion recently and she welcomed me into her gorgeous home and we talked about Inner city living 🌻 She shared some great memories and I thought how lucky we were to have such a lovely, caring and wise person in our community 😔

I met Marion at Probus social outings and loved chatting to her. She shared with me her love of a book about Edward Lear and at her recommendation, I bought it and also greatly enjoyed it. Marian was always a cheery delightful person and I enjoyed her company. I will miss her when I go out with Probus members.

ICW is sad to hear of the recent death of Marion Kiddle, a long-time member and supporter of ICW. Marion was a regular attendee of ICW meetings, along with her husband Roger when he was alive. Marion and Roger were among the original members when ICW was first established. Condolences to Marion’s family.
