Passed away peacefully on 16 August 2026, aged 60, surrounded by her loving family.
Deeply loved and missed by her husband, Junior; sons, Neil and Nik; daughters-in-law, Le and Rebekah; and grandson, Caleb.
Loved sister of Sonny and Lorena Crisostomo.
Her family sincerely thanks the staff at Mary Potter Hospice for their compassionate care of Aylene.
A celebration of Aylene’s life will be held at Lychgate Funeral Home, Johnsonville, on Thursday 20 August 2026 at 10am.
