It is incredibly painful to accept the passing of Mr. Asoka Weerasundara. To me, he was more than a boss, he was a mentor, a guiding force, and someone who truly cared. His words of encouragement and belief in me will stay with me forever. I will always cherish the memories. May his soul rest in eternal peace. We will miss him deeply. My deepest condolences to Rangika, Natha and Rakitha

There are some people who come into your life and quietly change its direction — Asoka was that person for me.
What began as a professional relationship quickly became something much deeper. He didn’t just lead — he lifted people up. I will always be grateful for the time, trust, and faith he placed in me.
But beyond the mentor and leader, Asoka was a true friend. Someone you could talk to openly, laugh with, and rely on without hesitation. He had a rare way of making people feel valued and understood, and that is something I will carry with me always.
It is incredibly hard to accept that he is gone so suddenly. The loss feels profound, and the silence he leaves behind is deeply felt. Yet his impact — on me and so many others — will never fade.
My heart goes out to Ranga, Nathalie, and Rakitha. His legacy lives on in all of us who were fortunate enough to know him.
