Gregori was a kind soul, always smiling when sharing stories or listening to someone else’s, always reaching out to lend a hand and always leaving a profound impression on anyone and everyone he meets in his stories, remarkable life. It is hard to think of him and not hear his distinct voice, expecting a playful quip or giggle at the end. And that was Greg – a positive, empathetic person who, even in his passing, evokes feelings of joy and laughter. It hasn’t always been easy for him, but he’s pushed through for 8 decades and managed to achieve so much. Rest easy, Uncle Greg

As one of my four first cousins, Grisha was a very special person in my life, although we only saw each other occasionally since we lived in different continents. My family always enjoyed his visits very much, as he was fun to be with and kept us in good spirits. I will remember him for his outstanding character and for his love for his family. Rest in peace, Grisha.
