In loving memory of
2024 - 2024
You are warmly invited to join us for a “Blue Christmas” service to remember those who have passed away this year.
At 7pm on Wednesday 11 December we will gather in the Lychgate Chapel at 306 Willis Street for music and reflection, followed by refreshments.
We will have a memorial slideshow shown during the service, featuring photographs of the people we’ve looked after this year. If you would rather not have your loved one included in this, please let us know by 3pm on Tuesday 10 December.

For my darling Domino,
I think of you,
For all the dreams we dreamt together,
All our love we vowed would never,
Melt like snowflakes in the sun,
My days all end as they begun,
With thoughts of you.

It’s my beloved uncle’s anniversary on December 30th. We lost him almost one year ago after a difficult battle with cancer. I cherish the time I was able to spend with him in his last year, and I remember him with love. My brothers Martin, Brendan, and I will always be grateful to Lychgate for helping us during this time, and we were able to celebrate Peter’s life in a way that was simple and dignified. Thank you to Naomi for her ongoing service and the reassuring comfort she offered our family. Peter was in good hands, and the respect and dignity you gave him was all we could have wished for. Peter is resting now, and I remember him every day.

Dad,
Our first Xmas without you and you have been in our thoughts constantly during this time. We miss you greatly, not just us but all of your family and friends. You meant a lot to a lot of people not just here but in your homelands of Fiji.
We love you always dad.
Love your Boomboom xox

For our much loved father, Kirifi and cherished Pa to his grandchildren. It’s been almost 8-months since you left us, dad and we miss you terribly. While we take comfort that you are with your Maker, and free from pain, know you will always live on in our hearts and memories. Alofa tele atu mo oe x
